How long does it take once I place my order. Once you place your order please allow us up to 48 hours to process your order. Once it's processed it will take the regular shipping time to get to you.
Is this official merchandise? Yes it is 100%
My order shows delivered but I never got it? Once the order leaves our warehouse it is now in the hands of USPS. You have to contact USPS for any issues regarding shipping.
